INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally to any countries open to accepting packages from the US. If we find that we’re unable to send you your order, we will reach out to refund/cancel it.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. The team is not responsible for delays due to customs. We will not label items as gifts to lessen VATs.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
The orders are packed and processed in the United States. As a result, orders outside of US would be subject to customs/overseas shipment. Orders may take up to 3-6 weeks to arrive overseas.
CHANGING ADDRESS INFORMATION
If you need to update your address before packages are shipped, please email us at [email protected] with your full name and order number. We will make an announcement on our socials for last address changes before we start the shipping phase.
CAN I GET A REFUND?
You must request your refund or update your purchase BEFORE pre-orders end on NOVEMBER 6TH . Once our store closes, all sales are final.

We will be making public updates on our socials as we go thru the production process!
RETURNED ORDERS / INCORRECT ADDRESS RETURNS
If you have made an error in your shipping information, please be sure to notify us. Otherwise, if the post office returns a package to us because of incorrect address information, you will have to purchase an additional shipping fee.
